FAQ

Quality and safety are our top priorities. That is why we monitor the production of our bikes directly on site. The designs and specifications are conceived in Switzerland. Our suppliers produce and control every single bike according to our quality specifications. Only the most modern production processes and machines are used for the production. Since we sell our bikes directly through our online store without agents, importers or middlemen, we can pass on the resulting price advantages to you. We maintain a direct customer relationship with you and strive to implement your input and suggestions for our bikes as quickly as possible and to constantly improve.

When you buy a bike, we give a 2-year warranty on everything except wear parts. Frame and fork, for example, are included in the warranty. The warranty commences from the date of purchase and is for the benefit of the original purchaser only. In case of resale the warranty expires. If you have a problem with your bike, the best thing to do is to contact us and tell us what the problem is – we’re sure to find a solution! You can find the contact form here.

You can find our complete assortment directly in our webshop. We have prepared detailed product descriptions and specifications for you. However, if you have additional questions about the bikes, you can always contact us via the contact form or come directly to our store in Zurich.

No, our concept is to offer a standard size for each model that fits the average Swiss. However, all of our bikes are adjustable, with handlebar height and saddle height being individually adjustable. Finally, you have to feel comfortable on your bike – if you are not quite sure whether the size indicated fits you, you can come directly to our store in Zurich for a test ride.

Frame size Lady Bikes: 48cm (body height 155cm – 175cm)
Frame size Men Bikes: 58cm (body height 160cm – 185cm)

We offer a variety of different gears – from no gear (Singlespeed) to 16 gears you will find everything in our range. It’s important to think about where you’ll be riding your bike:

16-Speed
The models in the 16-speed range feature Shimano’s new Claris touring gear system. This is a classic derailleur that allows you to shift through the gears using a shifter on the down tube of the frame or the stem. With this bike, you’ll conquer even the toughest climbs with ease.

8-speed
The models in the 8-speed range feature Shimano’s new Claris touring gear system. This is a classic derailleur that allows you to shift through the gears using a gear lever on the steering wheel or on the down tube of the frame. With this bike you will always find the right gear for flat to medium terrain.

Singlespeed/Fixie
Our Singlespeed bikes have only one gear. This can be ridden either freewheeling (the sprocket runs freely and if you don’t pedal, nothing happens) or in fixed-gear mode (the sprocket is fixed and the pedals turn as soon as the bike rolls on the road). By simply turning the rear wheel, you decide which mode you would like to ride. By default, the Singelspeed/Fixie is delivered in freewheel mode. It’s great for riding around town or in flat areas where you can get up out of the saddle for short climbs, giving you enough momentum to tackle the climbs.

In our store at Langstrasse 64 in Zurich you can test ride all our models. If you can’t come to Zurich, please feel free to contact our partners. Unfortunately not all bikes are always available in all colors at our partners. You can find an overview of our partners here.

All our bikes are available in our store in Zurich or in our webshop. If a specific colour is sold out, this will also be indicated. However, we always strive to ensure that we are adequately supplied. As soon as you have decided on your dream bike, you can view and complete your order directly via the shopping cart.

The easiest way to get your dream bike is to pay by credit card or Paypal. We will receive a payment confirmation immediately and can prepare your bike for delivery on the same day.

After a successful order we will automatically send you an order confirmation including an invoice to the email address you provided. Please keep this invoice in case you ever have a problem with your bike or it gets stolen.

Unfortunately, this is not possible. When you place an order with us in the webshop, it will be processed by our logistics service provider. However, you are welcome to contact our store directly and make an appointment for a test drive.

We also deliver our bikes and accessories abroad. However, in this case we only offer the shipping option “delivery in box”. The costs for shipping abroad are shown directly in the shopping cart. The costs for customs clearance are automatically charged by the forwarder to the recipient in the destination country.

When ordering you have the choice between “delivery in box” and “delivery built up”.

Delivery in box
Your bike will be delivered in the practical transport box by Swiss Post directly to your door. As soon as we receive your order resp. Once we have received your payment, it usually takes 3 working days for your bike to be delivered by post. If you are not at home, the postman will leave you a message that your bike is ready for collection at the post office. In the box you will find a tool kit that contains everything you need to assemble the bike. With the help of our instruction videos you can then assemble the bike yourself. The time required is approx. 30min
Note: Unfortunately, we cannot accept any liability for bikes that you have assembled yourself (only suitable for experienced craftsmen)!

Delivery assembled
Your bike will be professionally assembled and adjusted by our service partner and delivered directly to your door. Our service partner will contact you by phone after your order to arrange a delivery date. The bike will be delivered completely assembled and adjusted within 7 working days directly to your home.
Note: Accessories are supplied separately and must then be attached to the bike yourself with the help of our instruction videos!

If you have selected “Delivery in Box” your bike will be delivered 85% assembled. A few steps are still necessary to get the bike ready to ride: The front wheel must still be clamped, the handlebars straightened and the pedals and saddle mounted. These steps require max. Thirty minutes. We will supply you with the appropriate tools at the same time. You can find the assembly instructions for the bikes here.

Unfortunately, we are not able to assemble accessories even with “delivery assembled”. The accessories are supplied separately and must then be attached to the bike yourself with the help of our instruction videos! You can find the assembly instructions for the accessories here.

Due to the great demand it can happen that we are sold out with certain models. As soon as we know when supplies will arrive again we will release the bikes in our webshop so you can make a pre-order. As soon as the bikes arrive we will send you the bike immediately.

Unfortunately, we cannot give any guarantee for the stated delivery times. Delivery time information for pre-orders are estimates based on expected delivery times from our suppliers. Due to the different production and shipping times, it is impossible to predict an exact shipping date. There are circumstances beyond our control that may cause a pre-ordered item to be delivered later than expected.

The pre-order (order of an article which is not yet available) works exactly the same via our webshop. You can put the article in the shopping cart and then complete the order and pay. However, the stated delivery time is not a guarantee. As soon as all articles of your order are available with us, we will deliver your order to you.

If you want to cancel your pre-order, you can contact us via the contact form. As soon as the order has been shipped, a cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.

A bike is a complex means of transport and requires appropriate care. We recommend that you dry the bike with a cloth after a ride in the rain or when it is wet and that you regularly check all screws for tightness.

Chain/gear
The chain/gear should be oiled and checked regularly. If the gears make strange noises or do not work properly, you must immediately bring your bike to our store or to another bicycle mechanic for inspection. You can also try to adjust the circuit yourself, we have made a video here.

Tyre pressure
The tyre pressure must be checked regularly. You will find the corresponding information on the optimum air filling printed directly on the tyres.

Leather saddle
A leather saddle is made of natural leather like a shoe and requires appropriate care. Protect the saddle in the rain with the seat cover that comes with your bike. Every bike with a leather saddle comes with a leather cream. Before the first use you should care for the leather saddle with it. This care should be repeated regularly so that the saddle is protected and the leather becomes soft. We made you a video about that here.
